Brain Navi Biotechnology has officially entered the Spanish market, completing its first NaoTrac-assisted neurosurgeries in collaboration with Palex Healthcare. The launch followed strong interest from surgeons during the SENEC Congress, where NaoTrac was showcased as an AI-powered navigation solution. Palex leaders emphasized Spain’s potential in neurosurgical innovation and their shared vision with Brain Navi to improve surgical precision and patient outcomes. This milestone marks a key step in Brain Navi’s
Cottbus, Germany – The first surgeries with the neurosurgical navigation robot NaoTrac have now been successfully started at the Medizinische Universität Lausitz – Carl Thiem.
Brain Navi Biotechnology has officially received U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance for its neurosurgical robot NaoTrac, now classified as a "Stereotaxic Guiding Surgical Device." Following earlier approvals from Taiwan’s TFDA and the European CE Mark, this milestone reinforces NaoTrac’s international recognition in safety and clinical effectiveness. Designed to assist with various neurosurgical procedures, NaoTrac integrates AI-powered autonomous navigation and robotic precision to support safer, more efficient surgeries in the operating room.
Dr. Hao-Yu Chuang's team used NaoTrac for stereotactic brain surgeries, achieving high accuracy in tumor biopsies and ICH drainage. The results were recognized at AANS.
